I showed up late and I had not filled out the paperwork they emailed me. I would have understood if they seemed irritated. I was so pleasantly surprised when EVERYONE was patient and kind. The lady at the front desk (Crystal, I think), the young lady that did my xrays, Morgan (my new favorite hygienist) and finally, Dr Francis. They came very highly recommended from friends at work and they did not disappoint.

Ive been going to Harmony Dental Associates for years. My experience has consistently been harmonious. No pun intended but its a fact. Everyone at this dental practice is exceptionally great at thier task. My teeth are healthy and I'm beyond happy with my overall experience every single time for the past several years.

I’ve been a client at this office for about 6 years now. I initially chose this place because it was close to home and the staff was very diverse as I saw online. But I really like the friendly service they provide and that they really know their clients, including their name, their preferences, their history, etc. I appreciate the text reminders but if you don’t confirm, your previously scheduled appt will be canceled. That’s my only complaint/suggestion, which is I think they should let it be known that if you don’t confirm then your appt will be canceled. Other than that, it is very quiet and peaceful at this office and there haven’t been any long wait times for me, it’s usually between 3 and 8 minutes when I am seen; there was only one time where I’ve waited about 20. I’ve never been offered or pressured into buying a service I did not need. Another thing that’s stood out to me about this office is that there was one time I had to bring my very young toddler with me to my appt and I was so grateful that they took care of my baby while I sat to get my teeth cleaned. Excellent dental care and customer service. I highly recommend Harmony Dental. I was a dental assistant in my younger days and was delighted to exchange how things were done in my time compared to now. I had a 10am appointment to replace a silver filing. I was met by the dentist and at 10:35 I was done. It was an awesome visit. If you need dental care please let Harmony Dental take care of it. You will be glad you did.

I’ve had such a great experience with Harmony Dental. The atmosphere is always calm, which makes a big difference when you’re having dental work done. The hygienists always introduce themselves and consistently show so much kindness and care. They are incredibly gentle, which I truly appreciate. Dr. Francis is especially gentle and kind, and she makes every visit feel comfortable and reassuring. On top of that, her prices are fair, which makes the experience even better. I highly recommend Harmony Dental!
